Terms of Service
By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the Terms of Service listed below.
All commissioned work is subject to the most current version of these Terms.
1.
General Terms
  1. Clients must be 18 years of age or older to order a commission.
  2. The commissioned artwork may include a subtle sign or signature that the client may not remove.
  3. Unless the client requests otherwise, I might stream part of the process on my Twitch channel.
  4. Prices are subject to change depending on demand, the complexity of the artwork, and stylistic choices.
  5. I reserve the right to refuse any commission request for any reason.
2.
Payments and Tips
  1. Work on the commission will begin only after payment has been received. This includes the sketching phase.
  2. All prices are expressed in Euros (€).
  3. Payments are made through PayPal invoices, which will be sent by email or as a direct PayPal link, depending on the client’s preference.
  4. Commissions under 100€ must be paid 100% upfront. Orders of 100€ or more can be paid 50% upfront and 50% after final approval.
  5. Payments should be made only when you receive an official invoice from me. Please do not make any payment before that. This protects both of us from fraud and ensures everything is properly documented.
  6. Payment must be made within 5 days of receiving the invoice. If payment is not received within this period, the commission request will be considered canceled and the slot may be given to another client.
  7. Tips are entirely optional. They can be added when paying the PayPal invoice, or sent through my Ko-Fi page at any point during or after the commission process.
3.
Process and Delivery
  1. While working on the client’s commission, I will send updates and ask for feedback unless the client requests otherwise.
  2. The number of updates depends on the complexity of the piece.
  3. Work-in-progress images may include a watermark and be of lower quality or resolution than the final work.
  4. The client may NOT publicly share these work-in-progress images.
  5. Delivery times vary significantly depending on the piece’s complexity, my current workload, health, and unexpected life circumstances. Simple pieces typically take 2-4 weeks, while complex illustrations (especially those with detailed backgrounds) may take several months. I will provide an estimated timeframe when accepting the commission, but it is not a guarantee.
  6. I may need to take breaks from work due to health or personal circumstances. These breaks are unpredictable and may extend the completion time. I will communicate with clients if significant delays occur, but I appreciate the patience and understanding.
  7. The completion time also depends on how promptly the client provides feedback. Delays in client feedback may extend the overall delivery time beyond the initially estimated period. It is the client's responsibility to provide timely feedback.
  8. Once the piece is finished, the client will receive the full-resolution image. Please note that this is a digital product. No physical items will be shipped.
4.
Revisions and Feedback
  1. Any major changes after the client approves the final sketch will be subject to a fee, which depends on the change and its complexity.
  2. If the client provides little or no feedback during updates, I am not responsible for inaccuracies in the final piece.
  3. After completion, minor changes (such as color corrections or fixing mistakes on my part) are allowed.
  4. Major changes to the completed artwork will incur an additional fee, depending on their complexity.
  5. A full redraw of the finished artwork will be treated as a new commission.
  6. To keep the process flowing smoothly, I ask that update requests are spaced at least 3 days apart.
5.
Rush Orders
  1. Rush orders with a deadline of 30 days or less, if accepted, will be charged a non-negotiable Rush Fee.
  2. The base Rush Fee is 30% of the commission price. The fee may vary depending on complexity and timeframe.
  3. I reserve the right to decline a rush order if the timeframe is insufficient to complete it.
6.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
  1. If the client cancels before I begin working, they will receive a full (100%) refund.
  2. If the client cancels after the sketching phase has begun, they will receive a 60% refund.
  3. Past the sketching phase, no refunds will be given.
  4. Chargebacks are not permitted for any reason. If the client wishes to cancel, they must contact me directly to request a refund. Any chargebacks will be disputed, and I will provide PayPal with evidence of our communication. Clients who initiate chargebacks will be banned from future commissions.
  5. I reserve the right to cancel any commission at any time and issue a full refund.
7.
Copyright and Usage Policy
7.1
The client
  1. May upload the commissioned artwork to any website or social media, provided they give proper credit (by tagging my username or, if unavailable, my Twitter/X handle).
  2. Retains rights to any intellectual property (IP) they own, such as original characters or concepts, if applicable.
  3. May NOT profit from or use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes unless a Commercial Usage Fee has been paid.
  4. May NOT edit, alter, or trace the commissioned artwork without my consent.
  5. May NOT remove or crop out any watermarks, signatures, or other identifying marks.
  6. May NOT claim the artwork as their own.
  7. May NOT incorporate the commissioned artwork in another work of art or another artist’s commission.
  8. May NOT license or sell the commissioned artwork in any way as a non-fungible token (NFT) or blockchain-based projects.
  9. May NOT use the commissioned artwork for AI training or in any AI-related projects.
7.2
I (the artist)
  1. Reserve the right to cancel and refund any order at any time for any reason.
  2. Retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
  3. Reserve the right to use the artwork for promotional purposes, including but not limited to posting it online, in my portfolio, in publications, or as part of self-promotion.
  4. Will NOT claim ownership of the client’s original characters or intellectual property.
  5. Will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless these Terms of Service are violated.
8.
Commercial Usage
  1. If the commissioned artwork is intended for commercial use (such as advertising, merchandise, or publication), the client must specify this during the ordering process.
  2. Commercial Usage Fees will be applied to the total price of the order and will be communicated before finalizing the transaction. Fees will vary on a case-by-case basis.
  3. The client agrees that commercial usage is limited to the purposes specified at the time of order. Any additional usage requires new written agreement and may incur additional fees.

FAQ
Getting Started
How do I commission you?
You can contact me through DM on Twitter or Instagram.
Are your commissions currently open?
You can check on the status of my commissions on the footer of any page in this website, or on my bio on Twitter or Instagram.

You'll find a colored written label on the sidebar of this page. What each mean:
  OPEN: Commissions are currently open.
  CLOSED: Commissions are currently closed.
ASK: Might be available. Don't hesistate to ask!
How does the ordering process work?
When you contact me, I'll ask about your idea, the type of illustration you want, and request references if available. Once I accept your order, I'll send an invoice that you'll have to pay in a maximum of 5 days. You'll receive a first rough draft within 48 hours after payment.
What if something feels too expensive?
Prices are fixed and not negotiable, but you could consider a simpler version (removing the background, flat colors only, etc.) or come back when you have the funds. I understand budget constraints!
Details & References
What kind of references do you need?
Reference pictures of outfits, jewelry, characters, etc. are helpful.
For your own characters, you don't need a reference sheet (a description works too) but any commissioned artwork of your character from other artists is always useful.
What will I receive?
You'll get a PNG image in three sizes (full resolution, 50%, and 25%). The size and aspect ratio will be agreed upon during ordering.
Can I see examples of your work?
Check my Portfolio or gallery on Twitter and Instagram. If you're unsure about a specific style, just ask and I'll send examples!
Payments & Logistics
What currency and payment methods do you accept?
Prices are in Euros (€). Payments are made via PayPal, which will show your local currency during checkout.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! For orders of €100 or more, you can pay 50% upfront and 50% when the final piece is approved.
Do you work with international clients?
Yes. Since these are digital commissions with no physical shipping.
Can I order multiple pieces or commission a gift?
You can order multiple pieces if slots are available.
You can commission gifts, just let me know if it's a surprise so I don't post it publicly!
Do i need a PayPal account to pay for the commission?
No! Since I use PayPal invoices to handle the payments, you don't need to create a PayPal account, and you can use a credit/debit card and other methods depending on your region.
Usage & Rights
Can I use the artwork as my profile picture or print it?
Yes to both, as long as it's for personal use and you credit me properly.
Can I crop it for social media?
You can crop for profile pictures or headers, but please avoid cropping when posting as a regular post. Always credit me!
Will you send the file without the background?
Yes, just ask and I'll send it both with and without the background.
