By commissioning me, you
are agreeing to the Terms of
Service listed below.
All commissioned
work, regardless of the date of commission, is subject to the most current version of
these Terms of Service.
Clients must be 18 years of age or older to order
a commission.
The commissioned artwork may include a subtle sign or
signature that the client may not remove.
Unless the client requests otherwise, I might stream
part of the process on my Twitch channel.
Prices are subject to change depending on demand, the
complexity of the artwork, and stylistic choices.
I reserve the right to refuse any commission request for
any reason.
Work on the commission will begin only after payment has
been received. This includes the sketching phase.
All prices are expressed in Euros (€).
Payments are made through PayPal invoices, which will be
sent by email or as a direct PayPal link, depending on the client’s
preference.
Commissions under 100€ must be paid 100% upfront. Orders
of 100€ or more can be paid 50% upfront and 50% after final approval.
Payments should be made when the client receives an
invoice from me. Please do not make any kind of payment before that.
Payment must be made within 5 days of receiving
the invoice. If payment is not received within this period, the commission
request will be considered canceled and the slot may be given to another
client.
Tips are entirely optional. They can be added when
paying the PayPal invoice, or sent through my Ko-Fi page at any point during or
after the commission process.
While working on the client’s commission, I will send
updates and ask for feedback unless the client requests otherwise.
The number of updates depends on the complexity of the
piece.
Work-in-progress images may include a watermark and be
of lower quality or resolution than the final work.
The client may NOT publicly share these
work-in-progress images.
Commissions require at least 2 weeks to complete.
Delivery times may vary depending on the piece’s complexity, my workload,
health, or unexpected events.
The completion time also depends on how promptly the
client provides feedback. Delays in client feedback may extend the overall
delivery time beyond the initially estimated period. It is the client's
responsibility to provide timely feedback.
Once the piece is finished, the client will receive the
full-resolution image. Please note that this is a digital product. No
physical items will be shipped.
Any major changes after the client approves the final
sketch will be subject to a fee, which depends on the change and its
complexity.
If the client provides little or no feedback during
updates, I am not responsible for inaccuracies in the final piece.
After completion, minor changes (such as color
corrections or fixing mistakes on my part) are allowed.
Major changes to the completed artwork will incur an
additional fee, depending on their complexity.
A full redraw of the finished artwork will be treated as
a new commission.
Clients may request progress updates no more than once
every 3 days.
Rush orders with a deadline of 30 days or less, if
accepted, will be charged a non-negotiable Rush Fee.
The base Rush Fee is 30% of the commission price. The
fee may vary depending on complexity and timeframe.
I reserve the right to decline a rush order if the
timeframe is insufficient to complete it.
If the client cancels before I begin working, they will
receive a full (100%) refund.
If the client cancels after the sketching phase has
begun, they will receive a 60% refund.
Past the sketching phase, no refunds will be given.
Chargebacks are not permitted for any reason. If the
client wishes to cancel, they must contact me directly to request a refund.
Any chargebacks will be disputed, and I will provide PayPal with evidence of
our communication. Clients who initiate chargebacks will be banned from
future commissions.
I reserve the right to cancel any commission at any time
and issue a full refund.
May upload the commissioned artwork to any
website or social media, provided they give proper credit (by
tagging my username or, if unavailable, my Twitter/X handle).
Retains rights to any intellectual property
(IP) they own, such as original characters or concepts, if
applicable.
May NOT profit from or use the commissioned
artwork for commercial purposes unless a Commercial Usage Fee has
been paid.
May NOT edit, alter, or trace the commissioned
artwork without my consent.
May NOT remove or crop out any watermarks,
signatures, or other identifying marks.
May NOT claim the artwork as their own.
May NOT incorporate the commissioned artwork
in another work of art or another artist’s commission.
May NOT license or sell the commissioned
artwork in any way as a non-fungible token (NFT) or blockchain-based
projects.
May NOT use the commissioned artwork for AI
training or in any AI-related projects.
Reserve the right to cancel and refund any
order at any time for any reason.
Retain all copyrights over the commissioned
artwork.
Reserve the right to use the artwork for
promotional purposes, including but not limited to posting it
online, in my portfolio, in publications, or as part of
self-promotion.
Will NOT claim ownership of the client’s
original characters or intellectual property.
Will NOT profit further from the commissioned
artwork unless these Terms of Service are violated.
If the commissioned artwork is intended for commercial
use (such as advertising, merchandise, or publication), the client must
specify this during the ordering process.
Commercial Usage Fees will be applied to the total price
of the order and will be communicated before finalizing the transaction.
Fees will vary on a case-by-case basis.
The client agrees that commercial usage is limited to
the purposes specified at the time of order. Any additional usage requires
new written agreement and may incur additional fees.
